We are the "MANDALA GRAPHICS & DESIGN TEAM" specialize in the design of posters/ blockbuster for films that make complex concepts, any types of the poster, Logo and Magazine cover designing,  and professional image editions. We have high-quality standards and know the management and professional appearance that a movie poster should have!

 

 

1.) The highest possible resolution per poster / photo / film poster is approx.  from 60 MB! Max. size 27x41 inch by 120-300dpi (ppi).

Depending on the order (e.g. poster design or extreme photo editing), we ask you for any necessary photos, etc .....to our email:
 

Please send us pictures in a common format (e.g. JPEG, PNG). Only a good, high-quality image will produce a great end result. Delivered low-quality and low-resolution images are difficult to create in HD quality. Please provide clear instructions for image manipulation so that we can deliver the expected result.

 

2.) When you request a movie poster for a movie project, we need the movie title, slogan (optional), crew names, logos of production companies, distributors, etc. (optional), all in good quality!

 

3.) The regular delivery time is indicated on each package list selection. Should you need the design in less time, you will need to contact us to schedule a different delivery date or to get the extra fast.

 

4.) After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us with the approximate completion time after the start of work.

 

5.) After reviewing the documents you have sent, you will receive the final order confirmation from us and the request for a 50% deposit to our PayPal or German online bank account.

 

6.) After receipt of the down payment, we immediately start work (= start of work) and confirm the final completion date.

 

7.) After your order has been completed, we will send you the desired items in a low resolution for a final check by email. Now you have the opportunity to look at everything in peace and to express any correction requests. If you are not yet satisfied with our design, unlimited revision is optional. Here, however, the initially confirmed "completion time" is interrupted.

 

8.) If you are satisfied with our work, please confirm this and transfer the remaining 50% to our account.

 

9.) After receiving your final payment, you will receive the file downloader with a password from us by e-mail. You then have 6 days to download the work.

 

10.) With the upload of our work to the download server, our work is finally finished.

 

11.) If you need some changes later, a new negotiation is necessary.
